Our Approach to Personal Fitness Training

Various approaches and applications are combined with exercise expertise that allow the client to achieve his/her goals comfortably and in the shortest, most realistic timeframe.

1. Learn how to….
use your exercise time efficiently and effectively.

2. Discover and profit from various mental techniques (NLP applications) that will allow you to reach your goals more easily, as your subconscious, often referred to as “other than conscious” in NLP, will be activated.

  1. One to One Training:
You receive the full attention of your personal trainer to achieve your goals within your time. This can be done once, twice or more times a week or just once a month you decide!
  2. Buddy Training & Two to One Training:
Two friends, relatives, family members, work or team mates benefit from the expertise and experience of a personal trainer. This is a more cost effective way of Personal Training.
  3. Your Individualised Fitness Programme:
Your programme will be designed to meet your needs and personal circumstances. Together we will come up with ideas on how to create a programme that suits your  lifestyle, work and social commitments.  The programme aims to achieve maximum results with minimum time effort
  4. We work together as a team and look into areas such as:
    1.  Improving exercise & fitness aspects for the everyday person or the competitive athlet e.g. flexibility, toning, stamina, strength, endurance.
    2. Assessing activity habits & patterns.
    3. Gaining postural awareness via Pilates (body core strengthening, toning your midriff).
    4. Improving & assessing diet & nutrition to lose weight or enhance athletic performance. Stay on top of your health, life and be in control.
  5. Your progress – How do we measure it?

    We use the following equipment:

    1.  A Heart Rate Monitor – to indicate how your heart gets healthier & stronger.
    2. A Gymstick – An extremely versatile, easy to use lightweight fitness tool.
    3. A Scale that measure body fat, body water and body mass.
    4. A measuring tape – that shows you the circumference of different body parts.
    5. Various other pieces of equipment e.g. dumb bells, a gym/swiss ball, balance disc, wrist and ankle weights and a pedometer.
