Pilates

Pilates Classes and Courses offer the following benefits:

     lower body strength if practiced continuously over a longer time)

Martin teaches Pilates since 2002 after completing his Pilates Instructor Qualfications with the Pilates Institute Ireland and the NTC National Training Centre in Dublin.

Pilates Classes include:

  1. Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced Level Pilates Classes
    Nearly all classes a mat based.
  2. Men Only – Pilates Classes
    Core Strength – Pilates – Flexibility Combo Class available.
  3. We use the following equipment in some of the classes:
    • Foam Rollers
    • Fit Circles – Pilates Circles
    • Dyna / Resistance Bands
    • Gymsticks
    • Gym / Swissballs
    • small Balls
    • etc.
